Independent flight analysis

Through the Heathrow Community Noise Forum, independent flight analysis was undertaken from 2015 to 2016 to explore flight patterns over the past decade, and what changes have taken place. The analysis was carried out by independent analysts PA Consulting as part of a monitoring programme to review patterns of aircraft over particular communities.

Verification of Heathrow Noise and Track Keeping Systems

In 2015 an independent company was appointed through the Heathrow Community Noise Forum to carry out an extensive data accuracy verification study. The study confirmed that the information provided via Heathrow’s Noise and Track Keeping system and WebTrak system was accurate. The full report can be downloaded below.
